Booking the perfect venue for your event has never been easier with FIVE Event Center. Our friendly and approachable event experts will guide you through our simple process from beginning details to final touches, making sure your event runs seamlessly once the big day comes. Our elegant and unique space is waiting for your personal touch to help you shine for your wedding day, class reunion, business presentation, or other special event.

  1. Fill out the inquiry form online to check if your date is available. We strive to answer all inquiries within 24-48 hours.
  2. Schedule a tour of our beautiful space, by appointment only!
  3. Know the event date, estimated guest count and start and end times for your upcoming event? Submit your completed Rental Application Agreement and your room rental, security, and damage deposit and you’re ready to start planning your special event.
  4. You’ll be assigned a personal Event Manager who will walk you through each decision in the planning of your special event. Feel free to call or email at any time with any questions.
  5. A formal planning meeting will be scheduled 4-6 weeks out from your event to finalize any remaining details.

Sales & Events Manager

Shauna Wooton is the Sales & Events Manager at FIVE Event Center. She moved back to Minneapolis, Minnesota after earning her bachelor’s degree in Art & Design and working for a number of years in Los Angeles, California. While working at galleries and a large museum on the west coast she developed experience and a strong passion for organizing and executing events and weddings. With her highly-trained eye for aesthetic and detail, her enthusiasm, and her skills in organization and event management, Shauna will make sure your vision for your big day or your important event is executed perfectly.
