Transparent Event Venue Pricing in Minneapolis
FIVE Event Center provides clear venue rental pricing so you can compare dates, seasons, fees, and next steps before you inquire. Review the current capacity snapshot, weekday rates, weekend seasonal rates, ceremony fee, security fees, example invoice, and available promotions below. Final pricing should always be confirmed with the FIVE team based on your date, event type, guest count, and event details.
Capacity Snapshot
- Upstairs seating: up to 200 guests
- Cocktail style: up to 400 guests between both levels
- Lower-level bar area: comfortably supports a large guest flow
- Final capacity depends on event format, layout, catering style, AV needs, and guest-flow requirements

$225 per hour with a four-hour minimum
- November-March
Friday rental: $2,000
Saturday rental: $3,000
Sunday rental: $1,500

- Ceremony fee: $1,000
- Security fee, half day up to 4 hours: $250
- Security fee, full day 4+ hours: $450

Here’s what your invoice would look like if you’re hosting a Friday wedding and an on-site ceremony with us in February.
Friday Rental Fee: $2,000
Ceremony Fee: $1,000
*Includes ceremony set-up and tear down, plus two additional rental hours for your ceremony rehearsal. These hours may be used by extending your event-day rental or, if venue availability allows, by scheduling your rehearsal the day before.
Security: $450
Total: $3,450 + Sales Tax
For a February Friday wedding with an on-site ceremony, the current example shows a Friday rental fee of $2,000, a ceremony fee of $1,000, and full-day security of $450, for a total of $3,450 plus sales tax. This example is helpful for planning, but your final invoice may vary based on event date, hours, services, taxes, and any current promotions.
